Maath and Muntadher didn't build Hillool because the market needed another IT firm. They built it because they had watched too many capable businesses fail at technology, not from lack of resources, but from a lack of the right guidance at the right moment.
Both hold PhDs. Both have spent careers moving between universities, industries and countries. They have stayed close to the places where real ideas are born and have mentored the next generation of innovators along the way. For them, research was never meant to stay on paper.
